Sin embargo, las herramientas tradicionales suelen presentar desaf\u00edos. El astillero de Zhenjiang, un actor importante del sector, se enfrent\u00f3 a importantes problemas operativos. Anteriormente utilizaban electroimanes para tareas de elevaci\u00f3n pesada.<\/p>\n<h2>Problemas y desaf\u00edos del electroim\u00e1n para los clientes<\/h2>\n<p>El astillero utilizaba electroimanes para manipular las placas de acero. Un aspecto cr\u00edtico fue la alta tasa de fallos de los electroimanes. La seguridad era baja debido a que un corte de energ\u00eda implicaba la p\u00e9rdida de magnetismo. Adem\u00e1s, el astillero necesitaba una soluci\u00f3n para manipular las placas de bulbo, pero no contaba con experiencia previa en este tipo de manipulaci\u00f3n. El sistema de elevaci\u00f3n necesitaba una soluci\u00f3n para aumentar la capacidad de elevaci\u00f3n general, capaz de resolver los problemas actuales y satisfacer las necesidades de ahorro de energ\u00eda, protecci\u00f3n ambiental y producci\u00f3n sostenible.<\/p>\n<h2>Soluci\u00f3n de im\u00e1n electropermanente de HVR MAG<\/h2>\n<p>HVR MAG ofreci\u00f3 una soluci\u00f3n de elevaci\u00f3n superior. Propusieron la <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/hvr-magnet.com\/es\/hvr-mag-lifting-magnet\/\">Tecnolog\u00eda de im\u00e1n electropermanente (EPM)<\/a><\/strong>En concreto, instalaron un sistema con seis imanes HEPMP-170042X.
