Tienen entre 80 y 145 mm de di\u00e1metro y entre 300 y 630 mm de longitud. Cada una pesa entre 22 kg y 75 kg. Se mueven de uno en uno a la temperatura normal del taller.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>C\u00f3mo funciona el sistema<\/strong><br \/>\nHemos utilizado nuestras unidades magn\u00e9ticas HEPMT-2815A, pero con un cambio importante: hemos dado forma curva a la superficie de contacto. Esta forma curva se adapta perfectamente a la superficie redonda del tocho de acero, lo que ayuda a que se agarre mejor y de forma m\u00e1s segura.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>Puesta en com\u00fan<\/strong><br \/>\nLa pinza magn\u00e9tica est\u00e1 unida a un brazo rob\u00f3tico. Un sistema de visi\u00f3n indica al robot d\u00f3nde se encuentra exactamente el tocho. A continuaci\u00f3n, el robot se desplaza a la posici\u00f3n correcta, recoge el tocho con seguridad y lo desplaza al siguiente punto. Todo el proceso es autom\u00e1tico, y el im\u00e1n se mantiene firme sin necesidad de energ\u00eda constante.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>Por qu\u00e9 ayuda<\/strong><br \/>\nEsta configuraci\u00f3n mueve los tochos mucho m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido que la manipulaci\u00f3n manual y mantiene el flujo de trabajo estable. Como el im\u00e1n sujeta la pieza sin sujetarla ni tocarla con demasiada fuerza, la superficie de acero se mantiene en buen estado.
