Cada fila tiene una anchura m\u00e1xima de <strong>570 mm<\/strong>. El grosor de las paredes de los tubos oscila entre <strong>1,2 a 4,0 mm<\/strong>y el peso m\u00e1ximo de elevaci\u00f3n por ciclo alcanza <strong>400 kg<\/strong>. Cada tubo mide <strong>6 metros<\/strong> de longitud, con di\u00e1metros entre <strong>90 y 114 mm<\/strong>. Estas dimensiones requieren una distribuci\u00f3n equilibrada de la fuerza y un control preciso durante la manipulaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<h6>Soluci\u00f3n HVR<\/h6>\n<p id=\"ember471\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Para cumplir estos requisitos, HVR MAG dise\u00f1\u00f3 una soluci\u00f3n utilizando <strong>dos imanes electropermanentes HEPMT-6018G-GP<\/strong>. Cada im\u00e1n proporciona una fuerza de sujeci\u00f3n nominal de <strong>200 kg<\/strong>. Trabajando juntos, los dos imanes crean una fuerza de elevaci\u00f3n estable y uniforme en los tubos de acero. Una l\u00f3gica de control sencilla permite activar y liberar r\u00e1pidamente los imanes durante cada ciclo de manipulaci\u00f3n. El sistema realiza operaciones de elevaci\u00f3n repetidas con una fuerza de sujeci\u00f3n constante y un posicionamiento preciso. No es necesario cambiar las herramientas cuando var\u00eda el di\u00e1metro del tubo o el grosor de la pared, lo que mejora la flexibilidad de la producci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember474\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Durante la paletizaci\u00f3n, el p\u00f3rtico mantiene un movimiento constante desde la recogida hasta la colocaci\u00f3n. El m\u00e9todo de agarre magn\u00e9tico elimina la sujeci\u00f3n mec\u00e1nica y reduce el riesgo de da\u00f1os o deformaciones en la superficie. Esto ayuda a mantener un apilamiento limpio y una formaci\u00f3n uniforme de los pal\u00e9s durante largas tiradas de producci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember475\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">El sistema permite un movimiento suave y un apilamiento uniforme, se adapta a diferentes tama\u00f1os de tubos y mejora la eficacia en entornos de producci\u00f3n continua. Los imanes s\u00f3lo consumen energ\u00eda durante la imantaci\u00f3n y la desimantaci\u00f3n. Una vez activados, sujetan la carga de forma segura sin necesidad de un aporte continuo de energ\u00eda.
