Nous avons r\u00e9cemment collabor\u00e9 \u00e0 un projet o\u00f9 notre technologie de pr\u00e9hension magn\u00e9tique a \u00e9t\u00e9 int\u00e9gr\u00e9e \u00e0 un syst\u00e8me robotis\u00e9 pour une t\u00e2che sp\u00e9cifique\u00a0: la manutention de pi\u00e8ces de 20\u00a0kg destin\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019assemblage de r\u00e9servoirs de carburant.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">La cellule robotis\u00e9e a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7ue pour une op\u00e9ration de pr\u00e9l\u00e8vement et de placement. Le robot, \u00e9quip\u00e9 d&#039;un aimant \u00e9lectro-permanent comme effecteur, soul\u00e8ve une pi\u00e8ce brute, la transf\u00e8re sur un dispositif d&#039;usinage, puis d\u00e9charge la pi\u00e8ce finie. Elle n\u00e9cessitait deux op\u00e9rateurs pour manipuler, positionner et fixer physiquement chaque pi\u00e8ce. Cette approche \u00e9tait non seulement gourmande en main-d&#039;\u0153uvre, mais elle engendrait \u00e9galement des variations et des risques d&#039;erreur.<\/p>\n<h6 class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>Avantages op\u00e9rationnels r\u00e9alis\u00e9s<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">La mise en \u0153uvre de la pince magn\u00e9tique \u00e9lectro-permanente a permis d&#039;apporter plusieurs am\u00e9liorations notables au processus\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>Stabilit\u00e9 et qualit\u00e9 des processus am\u00e9lior\u00e9es\u00a0:<\/strong>\u00a0La force magn\u00e9tique est r\u00e9partie uniform\u00e9ment sur la surface de la pi\u00e8ce. Cette manipulation constante et sans marques contribue directement \u00e0 r\u00e9duire le taux de d\u00e9fauts de fabrication.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>Gains significatifs en mati\u00e8re d&#039;efficacit\u00e9 et de production :<\/strong>\u00a0L&#039;automatisation du cycle de manutention a consid\u00e9rablement acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9 la production. Le robot fonctionne en continu avec une vitesse et une r\u00e9p\u00e9tabilit\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9es, \u00e9liminant ainsi la variabilit\u00e9 inh\u00e9rente au travail manuel. Il en r\u00e9sulte une capacit\u00e9 de production plus de trois fois sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle du processus manuel initial.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>S\u00e9curit\u00e9 intrins\u00e8que et organisation du lieu de travail\u00a0:<\/strong>\u00a0En supprimant les op\u00e9rations de levage manuel et de serrage r\u00e9p\u00e9titives, cette solution \u00e9limine totalement les risques de troubles musculo-squelettiques et d&#039;accidents par pincement.
