Nous avons r\u00e9cemment collabor\u00e9 avec un client pour mettre en place un syst\u00e8me dans lequel un bras robotis\u00e9 saisit ces pi\u00e8ces d'acier rondes \u00e0 l'aide d'une pince magn\u00e9tique, une cam\u00e9ra aidant \u00e0 les mettre en place.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>La nature des pi\u00e8ces \u00e0 usiner<\/strong><br \/>\nLes billettes d'acier sont rondes, fabriqu\u00e9es en acier doux, et sont disponibles en diff\u00e9rentes tailles. Elles ont un diam\u00e8tre de 80 \u00e0 145 mm et une longueur de 300 \u00e0 630 mm. Elles p\u00e8sent chacune entre 22 et 75 kg. Elles sont d\u00e9plac\u00e9es une par une \u00e0 la temp\u00e9rature normale de l'atelier.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>Fonctionnement du syst\u00e8me<\/strong><br \/>\nNous avons utilis\u00e9 nos unit\u00e9s magn\u00e9tiques HEPMT-2815A, mais avec une modification importante : nous avons incurv\u00e9 la surface de contact. Cette forme incurv\u00e9e s'adapte parfaitement \u00e0 la surface ronde de la billette d'acier, ce qui permet une meilleure adh\u00e9rence et une plus grande s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>La mise en place de l'ensemble<\/strong><br \/>\nLa pince magn\u00e9tique est fix\u00e9e \u00e0 un bras robotis\u00e9. Un syst\u00e8me de vision indique au robot l'emplacement exact de la billette. Le robot se place alors dans la bonne position, saisit la billette en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et la d\u00e9place vers l'endroit suivant. L'ensemble du processus est automatique et l'aimant se maintient fermement sans n\u00e9cessiter d'alimentation constante.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>Pourquoi c'est utile<\/strong><br \/>\nCe dispositif permet de d\u00e9placer les billettes beaucoup plus rapidement que la manutention manuelle et de maintenir un flux de travail r\u00e9gulier. Comme l'aimant maintient la pi\u00e8ce sans la serrer ou la toucher trop fort, la surface de l'acier reste en bon \u00e9tat.
