Les pi\u00e8ces ont des diam\u00e8tres de 70 mm \u00e0 120 mm, des longueurs de 100 mm \u00e0 1800 mm et un poids maximum de 40 kg. Cette configuration fournit une force de maintien suffisante tout en permettant au robot de manipuler des arbres courts ou longs. La pince magn\u00e9tique se monte directement sur la bride du robot et se connecte au syst\u00e8me de commande pour une simple commande magn\u00e9tique marche\/arr\u00eat.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"721\" data-end=\"1090\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-21949\" src=\"https:\/\/hvr-magnet.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/36263f4390271a61e1659afd4e8d1a58.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"437\" height=\"537\" srcset=\"https:\/\/hvr-magnet.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/36263f4390271a61e1659afd4e8d1a58.png 437w, https:\/\/hvr-magnet.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/36263f4390271a61e1659afd4e8d1a58-10x12.png 10w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 437px) 100vw, 437px\" \/><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1092\" data-end=\"1455\">Lors des essais sur site, le pr\u00e9henseur magn\u00e9tique a d\u00e9montr\u00e9 des performances fiables en combinaison avec le syst\u00e8me de vision. Le robot a \u00e9t\u00e9 capable d'identifier, de saisir, de soulever et de transf\u00e9rer des arbres de diff\u00e9rentes tailles sans ajustements m\u00e9caniques. La m\u00e9thode de pr\u00e9hension sans contact a permis de prot\u00e9ger la surface des pi\u00e8ces \u00e0 usiner et de r\u00e9duire le besoin de fixations m\u00e9caniques complexes.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1457\" data-end=\"1823\">L'essai a \u00e9galement montr\u00e9 que la pince magn\u00e9tique pouvait s'adapter aux changements de longueur et de position des pi\u00e8ces. Gr\u00e2ce au guidage par vision, le robot a maintenu des points de pr\u00e9hension coh\u00e9rents et un mouvement stable tout au long du processus de manipulation. La conception \u00e9lectro-permanente a assur\u00e9 un maintien s\u00fbr pendant le fonctionnement tout en ne n\u00e9cessitant de l'\u00e9nergie que pendant la magn\u00e9tisation et la d\u00e9magn\u00e9tisation.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1825\" data-end=\"2063\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">Ce projet confirme qu'un <strong data-start=\"1872\" data-end=\"1892\">pince magn\u00e9tique<\/strong> est bien adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 la manipulation automatis\u00e9e de pi\u00e8ces cylindriques en acier.
