Cette solution remplace la m\u00e9thode pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente du client, qui reposait sur des op\u00e9rations manuelles utilisant un pont roulant pour le levage, le positionnement et l'assemblage.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"820\" data-end=\"1184\">Pour ce projet, nous avons con\u00e7u un syst\u00e8me personnalis\u00e9 en utilisant <strong data-start=\"876\" data-end=\"924\">deux aimants \u00e9lectro-permanents HEPMP-1814A-GW<\/strong> travailler ensemble. Le syst\u00e8me de pr\u00e9hension magn\u00e9tique s'int\u00e8gre au bras robotique et au syst\u00e8me de commande, ce qui permet une manipulation stable et reproductible de diff\u00e9rentes pi\u00e8ces. Tout d'abord, lors du levage de plaques ou de composants en acier, la pince magn\u00e9tique \u00e9lectro-permanente permet une manipulation plus rapide et plus simple. Les op\u00e9rateurs n'ont plus besoin d'\u00e9carter les plaques ou d'installer des pinces m\u00e9caniques. Le positionnement devient plus rapide, ce qui am\u00e9liore l'efficacit\u00e9 globale et r\u00e9duit consid\u00e9rablement l'intensit\u00e9 du travail.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1602\" data-end=\"1916\">Deuxi\u00e8mement, le pr\u00e9henseur magn\u00e9tique s'adapte bien aux pi\u00e8ces de diff\u00e9rentes tailles et \u00e9paisseurs. Par cons\u00e9quent, la qualit\u00e9 de la surface des pi\u00e8ces reste constante tout au long du processus de manipulation.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2248\" data-end=\"2582\">En associant des pinces magn\u00e9tiques \u00e9lectro-permanentes \u00e0 un \u00e9quipement de manutention automatis\u00e9, le client a r\u00e9duit le travail manuel, diminu\u00e9 le risque d'accidents du travail et am\u00e9lior\u00e9 le flux de production.
