Apr\u00e8s le soudage complet, ces pi\u00e8ces restent \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures allant jusqu'\u00e0 <strong>200 \u00b0C<\/strong>\u00a0et p\u00e8sent jusqu'\u00e0 <strong>3 tonnes<\/strong>. Auparavant, l'usine utilisait des m\u00e9thodes de levage traditionnelles telles que des c\u00e2bles en acier, des crochets et des cha\u00eenes. Ces m\u00e9thodes n\u00e9cessitaient plusieurs op\u00e9rateurs, impliquaient un positionnement manuel complexe et provoquaient souvent des dommages ou des d\u00e9formations de la surface pendant le levage, en particulier lors de la manipulation de pi\u00e8ces chaudes.<\/p>\n<h6>Solution HVR MAG :<\/h6>\n<p>Afin d'am\u00e9liorer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9, l'efficacit\u00e9 et la stabilit\u00e9, HVR MAG a con\u00e7u un syst\u00e8me de contr\u00f4le de la qualit\u00e9 personnalis\u00e9. <strong>solution de maintien magn\u00e9tique \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature<\/strong>. Le syst\u00e8me utilise <strong>deux aimants \u00e9lectro-permanents HEPMP-2000A-GW<\/strong>Le syst\u00e8me de contr\u00f4le de la qualit\u00e9 de l'eau, sp\u00e9cialement con\u00e7u pour r\u00e9sister \u00e0 un fonctionnement continu \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures \u00e9lev\u00e9es, a \u00e9t\u00e9 mis au point par la Commission europ\u00e9enne. <strong>200 \u00b0C<\/strong>. Les aimants sont dispos\u00e9s dans une configuration 1\u00d72 et install\u00e9s sur un portique automatis\u00e9 robuste d'une capacit\u00e9 de manutention totale de 5 tonnes. Cette m\u00e9thode de pr\u00e9hension sans contact \u00e9limine le besoin de serrage m\u00e9canique, ce qui r\u00e9duit le risque de d\u00e9formation, de rayures ou de dommages dus aux chocs. La commande de groupe permet au syst\u00e8me de s'adapter \u00e0 diff\u00e9rentes tailles et sp\u00e9cifications de pi\u00e8ces tout en maintenant un positionnement pr\u00e9cis pendant le chargement et le d\u00e9chargement automatis\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s la mise en \u0153uvre, le client a fait \u00e9tat de nettes am\u00e9liorations. L'efficacit\u00e9 de la production a augment\u00e9 de plus de <strong>doubl\u00e9<\/strong>tandis que les besoins en main-d'\u0153uvre ont baiss\u00e9 de <strong>de trois \u00e0 quatre op\u00e9rateurs \u00e0 un seul<\/strong>. La s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sur le lieu de travail s'est consid\u00e9rablement am\u00e9lior\u00e9e, avec une r\u00e9duction notable des blessures li\u00e9es au levage.
