Chaque rang\u00e9e a une largeur maximale de <strong>570 mm<\/strong>. L'\u00e9paisseur de la paroi des tubes varie de <strong>1,2 \u00e0 4,0 mm<\/strong>et le poids de levage maximal par cycle atteint <strong>400 kg<\/strong>. Chaque tuyau mesure <strong>6 m\u00e8tres<\/strong> de longueur, avec des diam\u00e8tres compris entre <strong>90 et 114 mm<\/strong>. Ces dimensions exigent une r\u00e9partition \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e de la force et un contr\u00f4le pr\u00e9cis lors de la manipulation.<\/p>\n<h6>Solution HVR<\/h6>\n<p id=\"ember471\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 ces exigences, HVR MAG a con\u00e7u une solution utilisant les \u00e9l\u00e9ments suivants <strong>deux aimants \u00e9lectro-permanents HEPMT-6018G-GP<\/strong>. Chaque aimant fournit une force de maintien nominale de <strong>200 kg<\/strong>. En travaillant ensemble, les deux aimants cr\u00e9ent une force de levage stable et r\u00e9guli\u00e8re sur les tubes en acier. Cette configuration permet au syst\u00e8me de portique de soulever, d\u00e9placer et empiler les tubes en douceur.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-22022\" src=\"https:\/\/hvr-magnet.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/f245fe61f9ca8efe8ac27dde45859494.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1001\" height=\"584\" srcset=\"https:\/\/hvr-magnet.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/f245fe61f9ca8efe8ac27dde45859494.png 1001w, https:\/\/hvr-magnet.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/f245fe61f9ca8efe8ac27dde45859494-768x448.png 768w, https:\/\/hvr-magnet.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/f245fe61f9ca8efe8ac27dde45859494-18x12.png 18w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1001px) 100vw, 1001px\" \/><\/p>\n<p id=\"ember473\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Les unit\u00e9s magn\u00e9tiques s'int\u00e8grent directement \u00e0 la structure du portique automatis\u00e9. Une logique de commande simple permet d'activer et de rel\u00e2cher rapidement l'aimant au cours de chaque cycle de manutention. Le syst\u00e8me effectue des op\u00e9rations de levage r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9es avec une force de maintien constante et un positionnement pr\u00e9cis. Aucun changement d'outillage n'est n\u00e9cessaire lorsque le diam\u00e8tre ou l'\u00e9paisseur de la paroi du tube varie, ce qui am\u00e9liore la flexibilit\u00e9 de la production.<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember474\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Pendant la palettisation, le portique maintient un mouvement r\u00e9gulier de la prise \u00e0 la mise en place. La m\u00e9thode de pr\u00e9hension magn\u00e9tique \u00e9limine le serrage m\u00e9canique et r\u00e9duit le risque d'endommagement ou de d\u00e9formation de la surface. Cela permet de maintenir un empilage propre et une formation uniforme des palettes pendant les longues s\u00e9ries de production.<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember475\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Le syst\u00e8me permet un mouvement fluide et un empilage coh\u00e9rent, s'adapte \u00e0 diff\u00e9rentes tailles de tuyaux et am\u00e9liore l'efficacit\u00e9 dans les environnements de production continue. Les aimants ne consomment de l'\u00e9nergie que pendant la magn\u00e9tisation et la d\u00e9magn\u00e9tisation. Une fois activ\u00e9s, ils maintiennent la charge en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sans apport continu d'\u00e9nergie.
