The system is now operating on the customer’s steel plate cutting line, providing efficient material handling for both plate loading and cut-part unloading operations.<\/p>\n

Le client avait besoin d'une solution fiable pour am\u00e9liorer le processus de manutention des grandes t\u00f4les d'acier utilis\u00e9es dans la construction navale. Avant l'installation, les t\u00f4les d'acier et les pi\u00e8ces d\u00e9coup\u00e9es \u00e9taient manipul\u00e9es manuellement ou \u00e0 l'aide de m\u00e9thodes de levage traditionnelles, ce qui entra\u00eenait une faible efficacit\u00e9 et des besoins accrus en main-d'\u0153uvre.<\/p>\n

Le HVR MAG \u00e9l\u00e9vateur magn\u00e9tique \u00e9lectro-permanent<\/strong> est con\u00e7u sp\u00e9cifiquement pour les applications de d\u00e9coupe de t\u00f4les d'acier. La traverse de levage transf\u00e8re des t\u00f4les d'acier enti\u00e8res de la zone de stockage \u00e0 la table de d\u00e9coupe et, une fois la d\u00e9coupe termin\u00e9e, \u00e9vacue toutes les pi\u00e8ces d\u00e9coup\u00e9es et les chutes de squelette en une seule op\u00e9ration de levage.<\/p>\n

Avec une capacit\u00e9 de levage nominale de 15 tonnes<\/strong>, le syst\u00e8me assure une manipulation s\u00fbre et stable des t\u00f4les d'acier tout en r\u00e9duisant le temps de fonctionnement de la grue et en minimisant l'intervention manuelle. La technologie \u00e9lectroperm\u00e9ante ne consomme de l'\u00e9nergie que pendant la magn\u00e9tisation et la d\u00e9magn\u00e9tisation, \u00e9liminant ainsi toute consommation d'\u00e9nergie continue pendant le levage.<\/p>\n

The equipment was recently delivered to the customer’s shipyard in Vietnam, where the unloading, unpacking, installation, and commissioning processes were completed successfully. The system has now entered operation and is supporting daily steel plate cutting production.<\/p>\n
