\nSolution de mandrin magn\u00e9tique personnalis\u00e9<\/p>\n

Afin de r\u00e9pondre aux exigences du client, HVR MAG a con\u00e7u un mandrin magn\u00e9tique \u00e9lectro-permanent HMC1-118028A sur mesure. Ce mandrin mesure 1 180 \u00d7 280 mm, fonctionne avec une alimentation de 380 V CA et une tension de service de 160 V CC, d\u00e9livre une force magn\u00e9tique nominale de 14 kgf\/cm\u00b2 et p\u00e8se environ 172 kg. La technologie \u00e9lectro-permanente ne n\u00e9cessite une alimentation \u00e9lectrique que pendant les phases de magn\u00e9tisation et de d\u00e9magn\u00e9tisation, ce qui garantit un serrage s\u00fbr sans consommation d\u2019\u00e9nergie continue pendant l\u2019usinage.
