A configura\u00e7\u00e3o usa seis unidades magn\u00e9ticas (modelo HEPM1-58-D), dispostas em duas garras. Elas se revezam para mover discos de freio que pesam de 15 a 20 kg, completando um ciclo a cada 15 segundos. Um rob\u00f4 agora manuseia duas m\u00e1quinas ao mesmo tempo, mantendo o fluxo de trabalho sem a necessidade de pessoas para mover as pe\u00e7as.<\/p>\n

Melhor do que a maneira antiga<\/strong><\/p>\n

Antes, uma pessoa operava cada m\u00e1quina. Agora, o rob\u00f4 faz tudo - sem fixa\u00e7\u00e3o manual, sem posicionamento manual. Isso tornou o processo mais de cinco vezes mais r\u00e1pido e eliminou a necessidade de um operador nessas esta\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n
