O sistema de garra magn\u00e9tica se integra ao bra\u00e7o rob\u00f3tico e ao sistema de controle, permitindo o manuseio est\u00e1vel e repet\u00edvel de diferentes pe\u00e7as de trabalho. Primeiro, ao levantar placas de a\u00e7o ou componentes individuais, a garra magn\u00e9tica eletropermanente permite um manuseio mais r\u00e1pido e simples. Os operadores n\u00e3o precisam mais separar as placas ou instalar grampos mec\u00e2nicos. O posicionamento se torna mais r\u00e1pido, o que melhora a efici\u00eancia geral e reduz significativamente a intensidade do trabalho.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1602\" data-end=\"1916\">Em segundo lugar, a garra magn\u00e9tica se adapta bem a pe\u00e7as de trabalho de diferentes tamanhos e espessuras. Por meio do agrupamento de controle, o sistema garante que apenas uma placa de a\u00e7o ou componente seja levantado por vez, mesmo ao manusear materiais com especifica\u00e7\u00f5es variadas. Isso melhora a estabilidade do processo e reduz os erros de manuseio.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1918\" data-end=\"2246\">Em terceiro lugar, a garra magn\u00e9tica segura a pe\u00e7a de trabalho por meio da for\u00e7a magn\u00e9tica que atua na superf\u00edcie. Esse m\u00e9todo de preens\u00e3o sem contato ajuda a evitar arranh\u00f5es, marcas de grampo ou deforma\u00e7\u00e3o que podem ocorrer com as fixa\u00e7\u00f5es mec\u00e2nicas tradicionais. Como resultado, a qualidade da superf\u00edcie das pe\u00e7as de trabalho permanece consistente durante todo o processo de manuseio.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2248\" data-end=\"2582\">Ao combinar garras magn\u00e9ticas eletropermanentes com equipamentos de manuseio automatizado, o cliente reduziu o trabalho manual, diminuiu o risco de les\u00f5es no local de trabalho e melhorou o fluxo de produ\u00e7\u00e3o.
