Anteriormente, a f\u00e1brica contava com m\u00e9todos tradicionais de eleva\u00e7\u00e3o, como cabos de a\u00e7o, ganchos e correntes. Esses m\u00e9todos exigiam v\u00e1rios operadores, envolviam um posicionamento manual complexo e, com frequ\u00eancia, causavam danos ou deforma\u00e7\u00f5es na superf\u00edcie durante a eleva\u00e7\u00e3o, especialmente ao manusear pe\u00e7as quentes.<\/p>\n<h6>Solu\u00e7\u00e3o HVR MAG:<\/h6>\n<p>Para aumentar a seguran\u00e7a, a efici\u00eancia e a estabilidade, a HVR MAG projetou um sistema personalizado de <strong>Solu\u00e7\u00e3o de fixa\u00e7\u00e3o magn\u00e9tica para alta temperatura<\/strong>. O sistema usa <strong>dois \u00edm\u00e3s eletropermanentes HEPMP-2000A-GW<\/strong>especialmente desenvolvido para suportar a opera\u00e7\u00e3o cont\u00ednua em <strong>200 \u00b0C<\/strong>. Os \u00edm\u00e3s s\u00e3o dispostos em uma configura\u00e7\u00e3o 1\u00d72 e instalados em um sistema de p\u00f3rtico automatizado para servi\u00e7os pesados com uma capacidade total de manuseio de 5 toneladas.
