Cada fileira tem uma largura m\u00e1xima de <strong>570 mm<\/strong>. A espessura da parede do tubo varia de <strong>1,2 a 4,0 mm<\/strong>e o peso m\u00e1ximo de eleva\u00e7\u00e3o por ciclo atinge <strong>400 kg<\/strong>. Cada tubo mede <strong>6 metros<\/strong> de comprimento, com di\u00e2metros entre <strong>90 e 114 mm<\/strong>. Essas dimens\u00f5es exigem uma distribui\u00e7\u00e3o de for\u00e7a equilibrada e um controle preciso durante o manuseio.<\/p>\n<h6>Solu\u00e7\u00e3o HVR<\/h6>\n<p id=\"ember471\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Para atender a esses requisitos, a HVR MAG projetou uma solu\u00e7\u00e3o usando <strong>dois \u00edm\u00e3s eletropermanentes HEPMT-6018G-GP<\/strong>. Cada \u00edm\u00e3 fornece uma for\u00e7a de reten\u00e7\u00e3o nominal de <strong>200 kg<\/strong>. A l\u00f3gica de controle simples permite a r\u00e1pida ativa\u00e7\u00e3o e libera\u00e7\u00e3o do \u00edm\u00e3 durante cada ciclo de manuseio. O sistema realiza opera\u00e7\u00f5es de eleva\u00e7\u00e3o repetidas com for\u00e7a de reten\u00e7\u00e3o consistente e posicionamento preciso. N\u00e3o s\u00e3o necess\u00e1rias mudan\u00e7as de ferramentas quando o di\u00e2metro do tubo ou a espessura da parede varia, o que aumenta a flexibilidade da produ\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember474\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Durante a paletiza\u00e7\u00e3o, o p\u00f3rtico mant\u00e9m um movimento est\u00e1vel desde a coleta at\u00e9 a coloca\u00e7\u00e3o. O m\u00e9todo de fixa\u00e7\u00e3o magn\u00e9tica elimina a fixa\u00e7\u00e3o mec\u00e2nica e reduz o risco de danos ou deforma\u00e7\u00f5es na superf\u00edcie.
