The system is now operating on the customer’s steel plate cutting line, providing efficient material handling for both plate loading and cut-part unloading operations.<\/p>\n

O cliente exigia uma solu\u00e7\u00e3o confi\u00e1vel para melhorar o processo de manuseio de grandes chapas de a\u00e7o utilizadas na produ\u00e7\u00e3o de constru\u00e7\u00e3o naval. Antes da instala\u00e7\u00e3o, as chapas de a\u00e7o e as pe\u00e7as cortadas eram manuseadas manualmente ou com m\u00e9todos tradicionais de i\u00e7amento, resultando em baixa efici\u00eancia e maiores requisitos de m\u00e3o de obra.<\/p>\n

O HVR MAG Levantador magn\u00e9tico eletro-permanente<\/strong> \u00e9 projetado especificamente para aplica\u00e7\u00f5es de corte de chapas de a\u00e7o. The equipment was recently delivered to the customer’s shipyard in Vietnam, where the unloading, unpacking, installation, and commissioning processes were completed successfully. The system has now entered operation and is supporting daily steel plate cutting production.<\/p>\n
