The workpieces in this project have an outer diameter of <strong data-start=\"222\" data-end=\"237\">D580\u2013890 mm<\/strong>, an inner diameter of <strong data-start=\"260\" data-end=\"275\">D315\u2013630 mm<\/strong>, and a height of <strong data-start=\"293\" data-end=\"306\">60\u2013130 mm<\/strong>, with a maximum weight of around <strong data-start=\"340\" data-end=\"360\">350 kg per piece<\/strong>. The system uses an electro-permanent magnet model <strong data-start=\"644\" data-end=\"663\">HEPMP-9953P200S<\/strong>, with <strong data-start=\"670\" data-end=\"680\">1 unit<\/strong> installed, combined with a <strong data-start=\"708\" data-end=\"744\">HEPC21-100C full-wave controller<\/strong>. This significantly improves production efficiency and reduces labor involvement.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1172\" data-end=\"1505\">One of the key advantages of this solution is its simple and robust design. The system requires <strong data-start=\"1268\" data-end=\"1285\">no air supply<\/strong>, reducing complexity and maintenance needs. At the same time, the electro-permanent technology ensures that the magnetic force remains stable without continuous power, eliminating the risk of load drop during operation.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1507\" data-end=\"1750\">In addition, the system connects smoothly with the customer\u2019s robotic automation line, enabling efficient and coordinated operation.
