Zhengzhou Coal Mining Machinery (Group) Co., Ltd, a customer we have been cooperating with for a long time and also a well-known enterprise specializing in steel plate processing, previously faced issues such as low efficiency, high labor intensity, and potential safety hazards during Materialhandling. 
They need to sort 1T steel plates and load/unload 500kg steel plates at the beveling machine workstation using a balanced crane.
We designed a magnet system for their balance crane. This combination offers distinct advantages. It enables efficient operation. The integrated electro – permanent magnet can quickly and firmly hold the steel plate. Its strong magnetic force ensures the plate doesn’t fall or shake during lifting. With the balance crane’s flexible movement, operators can easily and precisely place the plate at the designated spot. This significantly speeds up loading and unloading.
In terms of precision, the system excels. The electro – permanent magnet has uniform magnetic force distribution. It keeps the steel plate in a proper position when adsorbing and releasing, reducing sorting errors from misalignments. This improves product quality and cuts down on subsequent adjustment work.
