HVR MAG Battery Powered Lifting Magnet integrates lithium battery pack, only consume electricity in MAG and DEMAG operation, the battery has an autonomy of over 500 cycles, using the built-in charger (220V / 50Hz), takes about 5 to 8 hours to charge fully, depending on the model.

Battery Powered Lifting Magnet equipped a synoptic display which contain the specific LED indicator to show the battery power level:
-When the battery in normal condition, all the power indicator lights on
-When the battery is low and waiting to be charged, the outer frame flashes;
-When the battery fully charged, the power indicator lights flash as a whole
Please note that when the battery is low (indicated by a yellow light, a beeping alarm, and the E80 fault code), the Battery Powered Lifting Magnet will prohibit magnetization operations, only allow demagnetization operations.

The battery powered lifting magnet only consume electricity on MAG and DEMAG, without the risk of dropping due to low battery levels.
If the battery is low, the battery powered lifting magnet only support the demagnetization operation. The battery powered lifting magnet turns on the landing detection function by default, the demagnetization operation of the electro permanent magnet must be allowed only after the battery powered lifting magnet is detected to have fallen.
If the battery powered lifting magnet shows a low voltage alarm, please charge it promptly to prevent battery damage from deep discharge.
For long-term storage of the battery powered lifting magnet without usage, keep the battery fully charged regularly to avoid damage from deep discharge.
Important Note: The battery powered lifting magnet controller operates on direct current, and both the main board and channel board contain numerous capacitors. During maintenance or wiring, it is crucial to pay special attention to the polarity of the wires; connections cannot be reversed. After reconnecting, please double-check before powering on the battery powered lifting magnet. The incorrect connections will lead to capacitor failure on the circuit board.
HVR MAG battery powered lifting magnet have 3 types of controller, HEPC9-1、HEPC9-2 、HEPC9-3.
For HEPC9-1、HEPC9-2, please move the battery powered lifting magnet to a well-ventilated area without flammable and explosive materials. Then charge the battery powered lifting magnet with the supplied power cord with a three-prong plug, by inserting the prong end into the charging port on the panel and the other end into a wall outlet.
After the charger is plugged in, if the battery is not fully charged, the digital tube will display in an increasing manner. After fully charged, the digital tube will flash full grid.
Important Note: Please make sure that the voltage of the wall outlet matches the voltage indicated below the charging port, the mismatched voltage will damage the internal circuitry.
For HEPC9-3, please use a DC charging station that complies with GB/T27930-2015 for charging:
- Open the DC charging interface cover of the battery powered lifting magnet.
- Insert the charging gun.
- Charge using the automatic charging mode of the station.
- After the battery is fully charged, please disconnect the charger promptly.
Note: Some custom battery powered lifting magnet may have multiple battery packs, and the charging lines do not go through a controller, so there is no charging indicator function.
