Q1: What the difference between electro lifting magnet and electro permanent lifting magnet?

Compared with electromagnet, the electro permanent lifting magnet has improved too much whether it is from energy loss or lifting safety. Electro lifting magnet is the current through the coil to generate a magnetic field on the workpiece, power failure or coil heating influence the current is directly related to the safety of lifting.

The internal part of the electro permanent lifting magnet is composed of two permanent magnet materials. When the workpiece is absorbed, the two permanent magnet materials act on the workpiece at the same time, and the discharging state is that the magnetic fields of the two permanent magnet materials cancel each other. Only when charging and demagnetization, electric energy is used, and the lifting process is not used, and the permanent magnetic force will not decay with the extension of time.

Our electric permanent lifting magnet controller with automatic demagnetization function, automatic demagnetization during demagnetization, medium and low carbon steel materials to zero remanence, for steel with carbon content higher than 0.45%, magnetic chuck demagnetization, the workpiece will be magnetized to cause magnetic surface. Q5: Is there any leakage risk in the use of electro permanent lifting magnet? Wouldn't it be dangerous to get electrocuted with such a sudden current?
